Our Norfolk Broads Holiday Cottages offer the perfect holiday retreat in the heart of the Norfolk Broads, yet are just a short stroll away from the shops and restaurants of Wroxham.

Some of our cottages are designed with daytime living accommodation on the upper floor to maximise the views across the broads, and some have an elevated outside balcony.

The Sail Loft Cottages were newly renovated for the 2020 season and offer spacious comfortable open-plan holiday apartments suitable for families and larger groups, each with balconies and sun deck areas from where you can watch the boats go by.

Each cottage enjoys the added bonus of a free day boat. Day boats are NOT supplied during the summer holiday (from Friday 23rd  July- Sunday 5th September 2021), during this time you will receive a 10% discount off the hire terms of a day boat. Please note all day boats can only carry a maximum of 8 people.

All our cottages have a strict no smoking inside policy.
